Warm-O-Rama:

With Cox as a first timer we had to get a view on the lake for warmup.

Back to the parking lot.

The Thang:

We start on the north end of the lot with:

• 3 merkins
• 3 squats
• 3 reverse LBC
• 3 shoulder taps alpha

Mosey to the south end for:

• 6 Stone Mountains
• 6 Lunges single
• 6 Freddy Mercury alpha
• 6 Mountain Climbers alpha

Back to the north end for 9 of the first group, then back for 12 of the second group and so on.

Around 24 the pax start to ask when we will count down. My initial idea was…never but we hit 30 and that was a good stopping point to let the six catch up.

We start the countdown but cut it at around 24/21 so that we can get back to the lake for a little mary.

A few things are called and we mosey back to the flag just in time.

So great to see Cox and NRA mixing in weekdays. A good reminder that I need to make more Saturdays at Widowmaker.
