Preamble:
Numbers were low on Slack, so adjusting game plans on the fly is always an added excitement.Warm-O-Rama:
PAX moseyed to the top of the parking lot to circle up for some Weed Pickers, Willie Mays Hayes, Good Mornings, and some Michael Phelps OYO. Then we performed a modified Indian Run where the leapfrogger would NUR to the front all the way down to the softball field.The Thang:
Today was day 365 of my run streak, so PAX helped me celebrate by knocking out some 3-man 365 rep exercises. For the 3-man cycle, one would run, one would be "on-deck", and one would perform the intended exercise. This was ab focused until the last set where we included arms. For the first set, one PAX would run from pole to 2nd light pole along the fence, "On-Deck" would perform SSHs, and one PAX would work on American Hammers (single) to 365. When runner returned, we rotated and picked up the count. 2nd Set: Run to 2nd light pole, "On-Deck" air squats, Crunchy Frogs for group count to 365 3rd Set: Nur to infield and back, "On-Deck" high plank, Flutter Kicks for group count to 365 4th Set: Run to 2nd light pole, "On-Deck" shoulder taps, Merkins for group count to 185 (cut short due to time). PAX then moseyed back to the flag and with one minute left performed 10 burpeesCOT:
