I slept right through my birthday Q a couple weeks ago. This was an opportunity to make amends.
Warm-O-Rama:
Tried to work in A-B-C skip. We kind of got it right.
The Thang:
Four rounds of four movements, 13 reps per movement/round for 52 of each.
We didn't finish, we were trying to burn through the Hugh Jackmans when the time ran out.
Station 1: started with dips, went to single leg step ups
Station 2: High Hackmans
Station 3: Mike Tysons
Station 4: Balls to the wall

We've got some brothers experiencing health scares. We prayed for them.
