- Grab a coupon and head to midfield
- Rifle carry to the 10 yd line marker, 10 coupon rows
- Rifle back to middle of the field, 3 burpees
- Repeat along the side line, each number is your rep count, up to 50 and back to 10
- Same along the other sideline, dropping the rifle carry, and doing coupon squats at each number
- Return coupons
- 21 crunchy frogs
- 21 dips
