Y'all know I like to ruck but thought I was try something different with this one.
Haven't brought Sandy to a beatdown before but today was the day.
Warm-O-Rama:
Nope.
The Thang:
Wearing Ruck the entire time.
Go to the football field with a 40 lb. sandbag
Each pax takes a turn with the sandbag while rucking around the field.
With the sandbag we did: Bearhug carry, shoulder carry, rifle carry, suitcase carry, shepherd carry (laying across the back of the neck - I may have invented this term but don't know) and rifle carry again.
Then we went over to the bleachers for 2 minutes of step-ups and finished with going down the incline and back up again in the parking lot.
