The Thang:

Thang 1: M.A.R.G.S In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo it was only appropriate PAX responsibly indulged in some M.A.R.G.S. Starting at the ramp of level 1, perform the first exercise followed by 5 Mexican Jumping Bean Squats. Pax then ran to the up ramp of the next level and adding a new exercise at each level. Returning back to the first floor each time, but stopping at each level on the way back down to complete the exercise that was first done there again.
  • Level 1 M - Merkins x 10 + (Back to the bottom for 5 MJBS) 
  • Level 2 A - Merkins x 10 + American Hammers x 15 + (Back to the bottom for 5 MJBS) 
  • Level 3 R - Merkins x 10 + American Hammers x 15 + Reverse Lunges x 20 + (Back to the bottom for 5 MJBS)
  • Level 4 G - Merkins x 10 + American Hammers x 15 + Reverse Lunges x 20 + Gorilla Humpers x 25 + (Back to the bottom for 5 MJBS)
  • Level 5 S - Merkins x 10 + American Hammers x 15 + Reverse Lunges x 20 + Gorilla Humpers x 25 + Smurf Jacks x 30 + (Back to the bottom for 5 MJBS
Thang 2: C.H.I.P.S and Dip(s)
  • Starting at the bottom of the fountain stairs PAX performed 15 reps of the exercises listed below, then ran up the stairs to perform 10 dips at the fountain, rinse and repeat until completing all exercises.
    • Crunchy Frogs
    • Hand Release Merkins
    • Imperial Walkers
    • Plank Jacks
    • Squats
Then back to the flag for a 30 sec plank while time expired.
