Preamble:

It has been a few months since YHC has lead at Jericho and it was time. YHC was amped to see the amount of HC's.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the shaft for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Willie Mayes Hayes, and Imperial Walkers. YHC was off with the cadence...that will improve next time.

The Thang:

We broke into two groups for the Bataan Death DORA with some Pull Up's as well. Group one started with completing 50 pull up's as a group while group two started with the Death DORA. Once group one was done with the pull up's they started the DORA and when group two completed DORA they knocked out the pull up's. The DORA exercises were-50 burpees, 100 mercans, and 150 LBC's. Essentially the Death DORA is a catch me if you can. The group is running while one PAX stops do complete the amount of reps they want to complete then they sprint to the front of the line and then the last PAX stops to knock out X amount of reps and so on. Once we conquered the DORA we moseyed to the football field for a 4 corners ladder. 10 mercans, 15 plank jacks, 20 crunchy frogs, and 25 LBC's. We did this three times adding 5 reps each round. We finished just in time to complete 2 rounds of 50 yard sprints. Mosey to the flag just in time to finish up.

Welcome FNG's Sweet Chuck and Two Snaps! They both crushed it this morning! The Murph is coming up. Memorial Day at NFHS, 0700 start. May 17th-Baskins and Crab Cake's BD at the Storm with some special guest from Japan. May 31st- Ma Bell Q at The Storm....for his 60th! Prayers-for all of those graduating from high school and college. Prayers for a smooth transition to their next step!
