Warm-O-Rama:
Disclaimer, stretches, head to the basketball court where the hockey net was set up.
The Thang:
Each of the pax takes a shot. Once everyone shoots we do the exercises based on the outcome of all the pax combined.
If a goal is scored:
Top Right Corner: 15 Carolina Dry Docks
Top Left Corner: 15 Mercans
Bottom Right Corner: 20 Squats
Bottom Left Corner: 10 Lunges (per leg)
Through the Middle (Five Hole): 10 Heels to Heaven
Shot Wide (missed the goal entirely): 15 Wercans (Wide mercans)
Hit the crossbar: 5 burpees
Hit the Shooter Tutor for no goal - (increase the reps of each exercise by 5)
Execution:
Each PAX steps up and takes their set of shots.
We shot a lot of pucks, did a lot of squats, because Beanz was very good a picking that corner. We added 5 reps to a lot of exercises, because the shooter tutor is a worthy opponent for many of us. We did a lot of wercans too...
At Lightweight's request, we nailed the crossbar so he could get some burpees, you're welcome Lightweight.
