YHC has been on vacation and needed to get back after it. Q sheet was opened no better way to defeat the dreaded fart sack than to take the reins.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey past the shops and circle up for a few exercises in cadence.
  • Windmills

  • Imperial Walkers
  • Moroccan Night Clubs

The Thang:

Thang 1: AMRAP Circuit complete the set of exercises and run a lap around the pond. Rinse and repeat for 20 mins.
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Merkins
  • 15 Squats
Thang 2: Core escalator on the amphitheater steps.
  • 10 BBSU + 5 Box Jumps
  • 20 Gas Pumpers + 5 Box Jumps
  • 30 LBCs + 5 Box Jumps
  • 40 American Hammers + 5 Box Jumps
  • 50 Flutters + 5 Box Jumps
Now it was time to head back down completed the same exercise in reverse order with 5 Dips in place of the Box Jumps. Took the long mosey back to the flag stopping at each big lamp pole for 10 monkey humpers.
