Mosey down towards the lower football field. Circle up for some exercises in cadence.

The Thang:

  • Thang 1: Bear Down for What?
    • Starting at the goal line bear crawl 10 yards and stop for 1 merkin + 1 BBSU, continue on for the length of the football field adding 1 merkin and 1 BBSU every 10 yards.
  • Thang 2: Mosey back to the coupon pile, stopping at each lamp post for a wolverine
  • Thang 3: 4 Corners AMRAP using coupon returning to midfield for 1 Burpee after each corner
    • Corner 1 - 15 Squats
    • Corner 2 - 15 Overhead Press
    • Corner 3 - 15 Reverse Lunges
    • Corner 4 - 15 Curls
Finished up with some Mary at midfield using the coupons.
