Preamble:

After being out of town for a week and seeing the Q sheet was wide open YHC knew what he needed to do and that was sign up and bring some sweat and pain.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the amphitheater for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Willie Mayes Hayes, Good Mornings, and Michael Phelps. Mosey up the stairs to the fountain.

The Thang:

6 exercises-5 burpees, 10 Bulgarian Split Squats(5 each leg), 15 Mercans, 20 BBSU, 25 Plank Jacks, and 30 second plank(alternate between high and low each round. Perform one exercise then run down to the end of the of road where the stairs are and back(roughly 50 yards), perform the next exercise and run down and back, and repeat. We completed about 6 rounds total. Then did an Indian Run the long way back to the flag and did some American Hammers and then time was up. Simple yet effective BD, got a whole body workout and got over 2.5 miles in.
